[호텔/호텔리어] Front Office Supervisor

A Front Office Supervisor role is now open in a global hospitality group. The selected candidate will oversee daily Front Office operations, manage staff performance, and ensure efficient service delivery aligned with company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facets of the Front Office Department
• Report day-to-day activities of the Department to the Hotel Manager
• Accomplish daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports
• Train newly hired Front Office Associates
• Conduct daily briefings for staff
• Check the grooming of staff
• Perform check-in and check-out of guests
• Perform cashiering
• Coordinate with other Departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security for guest concerns
• Assist with purchasing requirements of office supplies needed by the Department
• Manage staff schedules
• Prepare reports on staff performance evaluation and customer feedback
• Ensure compliance with company policies and efficient task completion
• Handle complaints effectively and resolve issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Hospitality or Tourism is preferred)
• More than 3 years of front office or guest service experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Fluent level Korean

Preferred requirements:

• Basic level English
