A global banking institution is looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist. The chosen applicant will be in charge of providing technical support, product planning, and system management.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in product planning and maintenance
- Coordinate between head office and SOL in system development
- Manage systems such as uploading T&C and pop-up announcements
- Provide advice or suggestions for product and service improvement
- Resolve problems, disseminate advisories and detect network problems
- Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams
- Promote and operate CMS
- Conduct CMS service registration, modification, and deletion
- Provide technical support to customers
- Translate requirements into training and identify training needs
- Assist department head to build, coach, and develop customer-oriented team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 1 year of related experience
- Experience as an e-banking service support, system manager, or deposit is preferred
- Fluent level Japanese is required; business level English
