A global investment management firm is searching for an Assistant/Office Manager. The selected candidate will manage the daily operations of a dynamic office environment, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This is a 12-month contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and organise meetings, conferences, and off-sites, addressing conflicts proactively
- Arrange complex travel plans and compose detailed itineraries
- Screen incoming calls and greet guests professionally
- Prepare relevant materials for the team including Word Documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel Spreadsheets
- Establish, develop, maintain and update the filing system
- Handle recruitment coordination and logistics for new employees on the team
- Compose strategic communications such as letters, memos, invitations, agendas and correspondence related to all projects on behalf of executives
- Manage work priorities independently and respond to business outside of normal business hours as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of administrative assistance experience, training, or equivalent
- Expertise in MS Office
- Knowledge of office administrative procedures and operating standard office equipment
- Experience in the finance industry is preferred
- Experience coordinating office services is a plus
- Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English
