Responsibilities:
Handle financial and accounting responsibilities in Seoul
Coordinate statutory filings and company secretarial work
Manage HR, update HRIS data and assist in the recruiting process
Assist with various tasks such as visitor support and office events
Collaborate with colleagues in other company offices
Support in the creation of marketing materials for investor meetings
Requirements:
3-12 years of experience in administration, finance, or HR is ideal
Understanding in the dynamics of private markets
Knowledge of capital markets and investment concepts
Proficient in MS Office 365
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent level verbal and written English and Korean
