An international public affairs services provider is looking for an Office Assistant. The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing support and handling various administrative duties. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Support on and off-boarding processes of employees
• Handle issuance of different certificates
• Help with basic accounting tasks and organise receipts
• Communicate recruitment procedures
• Deliver secretarial assistance
• Aid events and other initiatives related to the business

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 2-3 years of related professional experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Native level Korean; business level English
