[제약/인허가] Market Access Associate Manager

A multinational pharmaceutical company is looking for a Market Access Associate Manager. The selected candidate will develop pricing and reimbursement strategies while ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with government payers and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support the director in setting up pricing and reimbursement strategies
• Analyse government pricing policies and prioritise resolution options
• Lead the team in achieving pricing targets
• Provide insights on government policy trends and healthcare environment changes
• Organise and lead project meetings, ensuring pre/post-meeting preparations and follow-ups
• Update management on project status and key developments
• Develop and execute real-world evidence research plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Health Economics (Master’s degree is ideal)
• More than 5 years of experience in pricing and reimbursement within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of clinical and HEOR data interpretation
• Skilled in health economic research methodologies
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent level English and Korean
