[바이오/세포배양팀장] Cell Culture Team Leader

A Cell Culture Team Leader position is now available at a biotechnology organisation. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing a team and providing motivation and development. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an upstream process for animal cell-based biopharmaceuticals
• Design, implement, and analyse experiments based on DoE
• Facilitate bench scale and pilot scale bioreactor operations
• Manage production of toxic samples and scale-up studies based on factors
• Oversee tech transfer and GMP production review
• Produce CTD documentation

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in biology
• More than 10 years of experience in animal cell (CHO cell), small- and large-scale bioreactor operation
• Experience in biopharmaceutical production
• Practical experience in CMO tech transfer and GMP production
• Background in CTD documentation
• Knowledge of QdB and DoE
