A Clinical Research Associate position is available at a renowned healthcare company. The qualified individual will be establishing and maintain robust site relationships in the entire trial stages. This position is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical study site management and monitoring initiatives
- Acquire a deep understanding of the study protocol and relevant processes
- Engage and offer suggestions on site selection and verification processes
- Execute remote and on-site tracking and oversight initiatives
- Gather, evaluate, and track necessary regulatory documents
- Determine, evaluate, and mitigate site efficiency, quality, or compliance issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in life science or biology is preferred
- More than 1 year of experience in CRA in CRO or pharma business
- Understanding of good documentation practices
- Excellent site management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other IT applications
- Fluent level spoken and written English
