A Clinical Research Associate position is open at an international healthcare company. The qualified individual will be establishing and maintain robust site relationships in the entire trial stages. This position is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical study site management and monitoring initiatives
- Acquire a deep understanding of the study protocol and relevant processes
- Engage and offer suggestions on site selection and verification processes
- Execute remote and on-site tracking and oversight initiatives
- Gather, evaluate, and track necessary regulatory documents
- Determine, evaluate, and mitigate site efficiency, quality, or compliance issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in life science or biology is advantageous
- More than 1 year of experience in CRA in CRO or pharma business
- Understanding of good documentation standards
- Excellent site management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other IT applications
- Fluent level spoken and written English
