[제약/준법감시] Compliance Manager

An international pharmaceutical company is searching for a Compliance Manager. The successful candidate will oversee monitoring of governance and compliance program advancement. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Offer guidance regarding compliance issues
• Create internal SOPs for relevant processes
• Deliver regular employee training and SOP inquiries
• Manage audits, investigations, and assurance reporting
• Establish and execute risk framework and risk register
• Generate transparency reports and quality control

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 9 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or a related industry
• More than 6 years of compliance or internal audit experience
• Understanding of corporate governance, health care regulations, laws, and standards
• Experience in marketing or sales in pharmaceutical or medical device industry is ideal
• Possess a valid professional qualification in compliance, law, accountancy, or own specialist area
• Fluent level written and verbal English
