[의료기기/임상] Field Medical Affairs

An international eye care company is searching for a Field Medical Affairs Manager. The chosen applicant will develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs and decision-makers, while also providing medical support to healthcare associations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs and decision-makers
• Support medical education in alignment with company strategy
• Identify national, regional, and local KOL eye Care Provider experts
• Provide up-to-date medical support to healthcare associations
• Assure thoughtful exchange of current medical information with KOLs
• Liaise between potential researcher and company on Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs)
• Collect, analyse, and report insights from scientific exchange with ECPs
• Deliver effective presentations to ECPs
• Function as the company's medical speaker at customer sites, congresses, symposia, and training events
• Provide non-promotional speaker training to HCPs

Requirements:

• OD, MD, DO, MBBS, PhD, PharmD, advanced degree in ophthalmology or optometry
• More than 5 years of experience in the ophthalmology or optometry field (academia, industry, clinical practice), with at least 2 in the ophthalmic industry or clinical practice
• Experience in an HCP-facing role
• Experience in scientific presentations and basic experience in medical writing and biostatistics
• Experience in developing and fostering peer-to-peer, credible relationships with Medical Experts or decision-makers
• Background in healthcare system and research procedures, as well as ICH guidelines, GCP, and other ethical guidelines
• Advanced knowledge of eye diseases, including ophthalmic surgical procedures and optometry
• Knowledge of clinical trial design, product development, regulatory requirements, payer landscape, and life cycle management
• Fluent level English (other languages are advantageous)
