[의료기기/영업] Professional Sales Rep - PI&IO

A global medical device company is searching for a Professional Sales Rep. The chosen candidate will be in charge of promoting key products and delivering clinical solutions while driving sales growth across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Promote key products through strong sales skills and by delivering comprehensive clinical solutions
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the adoption of core products in both existing and potential accounts
• Proactively cultivate customer relationships and pursue leads for company products and services to drive sales revenue and achieve territory goals
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with distributors to maximise alignment with business objectives
• Develop and organise education programs for all HCPs; represent the company at meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote products and services
• Respond to customer needs regarding company products and services by providing innovative and practical solutions
• Analyse market situations and competitor activities
• Manage and align distributors by setting and monitoring strategic goals and KPIs
• Strengthen distributor sales capabilities through sales and product training

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in medical devices or pharm (Peripheral Intervention field, such as Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology and Vascular Surgeon, etc., is preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and verbal English
