[의료기기/영업] Sr. Professional Sales Rep LAAC

A global medical device company is looking for a Senior Professional Sales Representative specialising in LAAC therapy. The selected candidate will drive sales growth, support complex cardiovascular procedures, and build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals to expand therapy adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and market expansion strategies through clinical sales activities aligned with business goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, and hospital administrators
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to drive market expansion
• Manage product registration and pricing contract processes with direct-purchase hospitals in compliance with internal and external regulations
• Provide on-site procedural and clinical support for Watchman implant procedures
• Support physician training programmes and coordinate proctorship initiatives to strengthen procedural competency
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product issues and address customer requests during clinical support activities
• Conduct post-procedure monitoring and provide ongoing support to improve customer satisfaction and follow-up care
• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless case coverage and customer support during overlapping procedure schedules
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LAAC therapy, atrial fibrillation management, and structural heart disease developments
• Participate in medical conferences, workshops, and educational events to promote therapy awareness
• Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical benefits and appropriate use of LAAC therapy devices
• Strengthen therapy awareness and brand visibility among physicians and market stakeholders
• Travel within the assigned territory to provide field-based clinical support and ensure full area coverage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field
• More than 3 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
• Experience in cardiac imaging, electrophysiology, or structural heart disease areas such as LAAC, TAVI, or PFO
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with physicians and hospital stakeholders
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support clinical cases and training programmes
• Proficient in Korean and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience supporting interventional or structural heart procedures such as LAAC, PFA, or structural heart therapies
• Experience working as an echocardiographer or cardiac sonographer
• Experience conducting clinical education, physician training, or proctorship programmes
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth
