[의료기기/영업] Equipment Medical Sales

An Equipment Medical Sales role is now open in a global medical device manufacturer. The selected candidate will provide product knowledge support, develop marketing strategies, and drive sales business to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Product Knowledge support to the Korea sales team and local distributors
• Develop and execute product marketing & sales strategies for the assigned product line in South Korea
• Collaborate with the Marketing Communication Team to organise promotional activities
• Update market intelligence information about customers and competitors’ activities
• Train the Korea sales team and distributors on product knowledge and positioning
• Supervise and manage local distributors to drive the sales business and achieve pre-set sales quotas
• Perform territorial analysis to identify prospective clients and develop related business plans
• Maintain open communication with Sales & Marketing management regarding market challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in the Medical Engineering field (Radiation Therapy-related is preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in the Radiation Therapy industry
• Experience in a customer support role or training role for a medical imaging or radiation treatment environment
• Good command of computer hardware and software technologies (cyber-security, networking, Windows, MS Office, healthcare information system, Salesforce, etc. and knowledge of digital marketing)
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Korean; proficient in written and verbal English
