A Sales Manager position is now open in an international medical device company. The chosen applicant will lead the creation and execution of the annual business plan, aimed at achieving sales targets in the diagnostics sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies that align with both the regional demands and global directives specific to diagnostic products
• Maintain accurate and timely forecasting and reporting to support strategic decisions
• Inspire and direct a team focused on commercial excellence in the diagnostics field
• Oversee recruitment, professional development, and retention strategies to build a skilled and motivated team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of healthcare professionals, diagnostic labs, and hospital accounts
• Understand and address the specific needs and challenges faced by clients in the diagnostics market
• Manage the sales of diagnostic products including reagents, test kits, and instrumentation
• Identify opportunities in key areas such as infectious diseases, oncology, and routine laboratory testing

Requirements:

• More than 12 years of sales experience in the diagnostics or related healthcare sector
• Familiarity with diagnostic processes and marketing requirements is highly preferred
