A multinational medical device firm is searching for a Lead Sales Representative. The selected applicant will be driving business growth and sales targets by developing new channels. This position is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve client satisfaction by addressing requests
- Assist with basic troubleshooting
- Schedule daily and weekly sales calls
- Conduct analysation and reporting of sales results and forecasts
- Ensure timely reporting of product complaints and action on product recalls
- Present product demonstrations, clinical articles, and sales materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in medical or healthcare-related is ideal
- 6-10 years of sales experience in medical equipment or the healthcare domain
- Background in indirect business models (doctors or hospitals) is advantageous
- Strong negotiation abilities
