[투자/전략] IAT Team Manager

A pharmaceutical company is searching for an IAT Team Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships, investment operations, and business growth initiatives in the space healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and drive strategic collaboration initiatives with global partners, design execution processes, and manage business synergies
• Develop collaboration agendas with key government bodies, public sector organisations, and investment institutions, and manage agreement execution and follow-up initiatives
• Review and optimise various investment structures to improve startup investment efficiency, and continuously explore optimal investment and support models
• Lead day-to-day communication with key global partners within the program, coordinating partnership-related issues and managing relationships
• Conduct commercial due diligence for startup investment decisions and support deal structuring and negotiations for efficient deal closing
• Define post-investment growth initiatives for portfolio companies and manage execution progress and performance from an operational perspective
• Identify and develop new business opportunities based on the commercialisation of healthcare technologies utilising the space environment, and support the development of next-generation strategic portfolios
• Strengthen investment execution capabilities in the space healthcare sector and lead inorganic growth initiatives to build internal core capabilities

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in strategy, investment, or business development roles
• Experience in investment-related work
• Understanding of the pharma or biotech industry
• Fluent level Korean and English

Preferred Requirements:

• Background in consulting, investment (PE/VC), or strategy roles within large corporates or startups
• Experience leading cross-border transactions, including collaboration with global stakeholders (advisors, investors, partners, etc.)
• Interest in the space industry
