[의료기기/기술지원] Application Specialist

A multinational healthcare technology company is looking for an Application Specialist. The selected candidate will deliver advanced training, clinical support, and customer lifecycle management to maximise product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored training programs to customers and internal teams based on assessed learning needs
• Assess customer requirements to design training goals, schedules, and documentation for education credits
• Provide pre- and post-sales support, including product demonstrations, workflow analysis, and best practice recommendations
• Support customers on-site and remotely while coordinating with centralised support teams
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide professional support to sales, marketing, R&D, and international stakeholders
• Conduct clinical workflow planning, reviews, and ongoing customer solution assessments
• Identify lifecycle growth opportunities and generate solution-based sales leads
• Build long-term customer relationships and act on feedback to improve customer satisfaction and NPS
• Support marketing and sales activities at exhibitions, conferences, and seminars
• Resolve customer issues promptly through close collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience
• Submit accurate reports, manage administrative tasks, and maintain company-leased equipment
• Provide technical advice to sales teams and distributors for existing and future customer sites
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

Requirements:

• 3-10 years of experience in Radiotherapy
