[의료기기/사업개발] Japan Business Development

A Japan Business Development role is now open in a biotechnology company. The selected applicant will be responsible for developing and executing global sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish partnerships with distributors and key stakeholders in international markets
• Lead business development efforts to penetrate new markets and enhance existing relationships
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, medical affairs and regulatory affairs
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales agreements with partners
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in global sales, business development, or distributor management
• Background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or NMD (Neuromodulation)
• Experience working in an international business environment
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Experience in neurology or psychiatry (Alzheimer's disease, cognitive impairment, dementia, neurodegenerative disease, normal pressure hydrocephalus, brain disease, mental health and neurological disorders) accounts is preferred
• Knowledge of neuroscience and neuromodulation healthcare solutions is preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese
