[의료기기/임상] Medical Physics and Clinical Specialist

A global medical device manufacturer is searching for a Medical Physics and Clinical Specialist. The chosen applicant will be responsible for the commissioning of tools, providing customer support, and driving upgrade sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of all radiation beam measurements and other product-specific tests necessary to support products
• Contribute to the development of quality assurance and commissioning tools as required
• Travel to customer sites to assist in the resolution of machine or patient-specific quality assurance issues
• Train medical physicist customers in the use of the product systems
• Demonstrate consistent professionalism in interactions with customers
• Participate in the physicist on-call roster as required, following the procedures in the physics on-call guide
• Respond to customer enquiries and issues related to machine and patient QA activities in a timely and professional manner
• Support and drive upgrade sales
• Support the marketing department by participating actively in on-site and in-house presentations, customer visits, demonstrations; roadshows; symposiums and training activities with an emphasis on clinical techniques

Requirements:

• Master’s degree of science in medical physics
• More than 3 years of prior experience in radiation oncology or a commercial company as a radiation dosimetrist, application specialist or medical physicist
• Practical experience in hospital-based medical physics related to patient planning or machine quality assurance for radiation therapy
• Previous experience as part of a project team is a plus
• Skilled in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently
• Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English
