A Healthcare Business Manager position is available at an international chemical company. The selected individual will be in charge of creating and executing a customer contact strategy. This position is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client concerns and questions and ensure their resolution
- Gather data to determine business opportunities
- Determine the right products and services for customers
- Create robust relationships and clients to fulfill their needs
- Utilise CRM system, determine and mitigate common problems, and coordinate with key the manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in pharmaceutical, biology, or chemical is ideal
- 3-7 years of experience in a pharmaceutical corporation
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
- Fluent level English
