[제약/마케팅] Marketing Manager

A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Marketing Manager. The selected applicant will develop strategic brand plans, lead product launches, manage lifecycle activities, and execute key promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical brand plans to achieve business objectives
• Lead product launches, lifecycle management activities, and key promotional campaigns
• Analyse market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and risks
• Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, HCP, and patient organisations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, etc.) to ensure aligned and integrated brand initiatives
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation to maximise ROI
• Monitor and report brand performance through KPIs and suggest corrective actions as needed
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
• 1-2 years of experience in Uro-Oncology (or related Oncology therapeutic areas)
• Prior experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic brand plans
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in launching new oncology products is preferred
• Understanding of local healthcare systems, reimbursement environment, and oncology treatment landscape is desirable
• Proficient in written and verbal English
