[의료기기/PM ] Product Manager

An international medical device manufacturer is looking for a Product Manager. The chosen candidate will be in charge of the planning and analysis, developing competitive strategies that strengthen the company’s market positioning.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and analyse product forecasts to ensure supply chain efficiency
• Develop and implement product launch strategies tailored to local market needs
• Track financial performance and develop action plans to meet revenue objectives
• Create and manage physician training programs to enhance product understanding and adoption
• Engage in local sales meetings and participate in major customer events to promote products
• Coordinate with operations to manage supply chain effectively, including monitoring inventory and planning transitions for new products

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• More than 8 years of commercial experience (Sales or Marketing) within the medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of industry dynamics, procedures, and physician needs, especially in the specific product portfolio, is preferred
• Experience in a multinational company is preferred
• Proven ability to generate revenue through effective marketing plans, demonstrating a strategic approach to market penetration
• Excellent communication skills
• Skilled in MS Office
• Proficient in written and verbal English
