[의료기기/마케팅] Senior Marketing Specialist

A foreign medical device company is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist. The chosen applicant will contribute to the 4P strategy development and execution and participate in multichannel marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of brand strategies across all brands
• Assist in the planning and tracking of the marketing budget
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for new product readiness
• Execute B2B/B2C marketing programs to support lead generation and business development
• Implement digital marketing & PR plans and monitor campaign performance
• Conduct market research and compile data to support marketing strategies and tactical planning

Requirements:

• BS or above in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification such as digital marketing or analytics is preferred)
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing (healthcare or B2B is preferred)
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and 4P
• Experience in campaign planning, digital marketing, and event execution
• Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business)
• Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is preferred
• Experience working in a matrix or global organisation is preferred
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members is preferred
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau) is preferred
• Experience in the hearing aid or healthcare-related industry is preferred
• Exposure to CRM systems and marketing automation tools is preferred
• Prior cross-cultural communication experience is preferred
• Proficient in written and verbal English
