[의료기기/임상] Clinical Specialist

An international medical device company is seeking a Clinical Specialist. The selected candidate will provide expert training and education on the company’s products, supporting sales and improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and procedural training to customers on the safe and effective use of company products
• Deliver CMA-approved education presentations relating to select company products while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Conduct CMA clinical principles, advanced practitioner workshops, and procedural workshops
• Support effective clinical education in line with CMA corporate objectives
• Collaborate with sales teams to customise, monitor, and track education plans for accounts
• Ensure all training records are accurate and complete
• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
• Partner with business development managers to deliver clinical and procedural aspects of internal and external education and training
• Provide clinical and procedural support to sales teams and customers
• Support clinical and procedural training delivered by HCPs and clinical faculty members
• Represent the business at conferences and other professional events from a clinical perspective
• Identify and develop opportunities to integrate clinical research into learning resources
• Maintain clinical credibility and professional registration

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in nursing is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in the relevant clinical specialty
• Experience in the successful application of Adult Learning Principles to learning strategies, initiatives, assessment tools, practices and techniques
• Experience in education and teaching using simulation and workshop approaches
• Clinical proficiency in the area of clinical training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
• Professional instructor or formal education qualification
