[의료기기/인허가] Application Consultant

An international medical technology company is looking for an Application Consultant. The qualified candidate will be in charge of designing and implementing upgrade paths for the complete install base.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete transparency of responsible Radiotherapy install base
• Work with Area Sales Managers to design and implement upgrade paths for a complete install base
• Document upgrade projects for existing install base in Salesforce
• Update clinical usage report for each account into Salesforce quarterly
• Actively work and promote regional meetings for your respective region
• Provide focused support post-installation for both elements to ensure confidence and utilisation in the product
• Identify customers that are underutilising installed applications; provide data and set quantitative objectives and implement action plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
• Previous experience communicating with healthcare professionals
• Radiation Therapist (RTT) is a plus
• Background in dosimetry is desirable
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent customer relations proficiency and experience working closely with clinical staff
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
