[의료기기/영업] Territory Manager (Intervention Cardiology)
An international medical device company is looking for a Territory Manager specialising in interventional cardiology. The selected candidate will drive territory sales performance while providing clinical support, building hospital partnerships, and delivering product expertise for complex cardiovascular procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic territory planning and effective customer engagement
- Develop account-specific sales strategies by analysing product positioning, competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, and account potential
- Build strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, and hospital stakeholders to establish long-term partnerships
- Provide on-site procedural support for complex PCI cases, including atherectomy, specialty balloon preparation, IVUS-guided optimisation, and FFR-related procedures
- Deliver clinical education and product training to ensure safe and effective product usage
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding product adoption within existing accounts
- Serve as the primary clinical and technical resource in the territory, including troubleshooting and case support for advanced hardware systems such as IVUS and atherectomy platforms
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to develop mid- and long-term territory growth strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, pricing, and internal teams to maximise territory performance
- Represent the organisation at conferences, meetings, and educational programmes to promote products and strengthen brand presence
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with timely and solution-oriented support
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience supporting high-complexity interventional cardiology procedures
- Proven experience managing hospital accounts and supporting clinical stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Possess a valid driver’s licence
Preferred requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- Experience supporting in-service training for interventional procedures
- Proficient in verbal and written English
