[의료기기/전략] Market Access Manager

A medical device company is searching for a Market Access Manager. The chosen applicant will drive market access and reimbursement expansion by translating evidence and policy insights into actionable strategies that improve patient access.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute market access strategies for current and future products
• Expand reimbursement and coverage by addressing policy, payer, and access barriers
• Build strong value propositions using scientific, clinical, and economic evidence
• Analyse policy, reimbursement, and competitive landscapes to identify risks and opportunities
• Define and drive evidence generation needs, including clinical benefit, unmet need, and RWE
• Prepare reimbursement dossiers, payer materials, and policy submissions
• Translate evidence into clear value messages for HIRA, MOHW, and key clinical stakeholders
• Map, prioritise, and engage key payers, regulators, medical societies, and KOLs
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Business Support teams
• Monitor access KPIs, manage risks, and develop scenario plans to deliver measurable access outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in life sciences, public health, pharmacy, nursing, health economics, or a related field
• More than 7 years of experience in market access, reimbursement, health policy, or related roles within medical devices or pharmaceuticals
• Strong experience in reimbursement expansion projects and developing value propositions
• Experience engaging with policymakers, societies, KOLs, and patient organisations
• Proven ability to lead evidence-driven MA strategy and cross-functional execution
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-influence skills
• Strong analytical ability to interpret clinical or economic evidence
• Native level Korean; advanced level English proficiency
