[제약] Medical Science Liaison

A Medical Science Liaison role is now open for a foreign pharmaceutical group. The chosen candidate will be in charge of responding promptly to requests for scientific information from customers.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a scientific expert on product, disease state, treatment protocols, and competitive landscape
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, payors, and advocacy groups through unbiased scientific exchange
• Respond promptly to medical and scientific information requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and execute territory-level Field Medical Affairs plans aligned with broader Medical Affairs strategy
• Provide scientific and disease state training to internal teams and support product access discussions
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local Codes of Practice, legal, and medical review requirements
• Handle medical inquiries and support pharmacovigilance tasks in collaboration with the global team
• Contribute insights from KOLs and field interactions to inform research and medical strategies

Requirements:

• Advanced terminal degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP) is strongly preferred
• 3-4 years of field medical experience
• Previous experience in and knowledge of rare disease or specialty care
• Experience in pre-launch and launch management, including leading cross-functional teams
• Demonstrable experience in patient journey, tracking, planning, and budgeting
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory & supply processes in Korea
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Specialisation in Haematology or Endocrinology is advantageous
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level English; additional languages are a plus
