[제약] Medical Manager

An international pharmaceutical company is searching for a Medical Manager. The chosen applicant will be in charge of developing and implementing medical strategies for current and future product portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a highly skilled medical affairs team to achieve organisational objectives
• Ensure high levels of scientific knowledge through internal and external networking
• Maintain high compliance standards and provide local variations as required
• Support local and regional scientific projects and negotiations with health authorities
• Translate complex clinical data into meaningful insights for cross-functional teams
• Establish trusted partnerships with KOLs and specialists in rare diseases across Korea and Asia
• Lead local implementation of Post-Marketing Surveillance (PMS) studies in Korea

Requirements:

• Pharm D., M.Sc., Life Science 1st degree with post-graduate qualification or Pharmacy qualification is ideal
• Oncology, haematology, endocrinology, or rare diseases experience (either clinical or
  pharmaceutical roles) is preferred
• More than 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including MSL or field medical roles and rare disease therapeutic areas
• Demonstrated understanding of regulatory and safety processes, including PMS and pharmacovigilance, particularly in Korea
• Ability to teach and educate others, both internally and externally
• Excellent communication and scientific presentation skills; ability to tailor complex data to various stakeholders
• Ability and willingness to travel within Asia
• Fluent level English; working knowledge of 1 or 2 other languages
