[의료기기/준법감시] APAC Compliance Manager

A foreign medical device company is searching for an APAC Compliance Manager. The selected applicant will drive and support the APAC Compliance Program by ensuring regulatory adherence and a strong culture of compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Support and implement strategies to drive a global culture of compliance and a compliance-focused tone at all levels of management across company operations
• Develop, implement, and periodically update policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements
• Develop, distribute, and deliver effective compliance training and communications
• Actively promote awareness of the company's Compliance Program among employees, customers, and third-party intermediaries
• Monitor employee conduct through periodic audits, reviews, and evaluations
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including BU, HR, Internal Audit, Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain, to identify, mitigate, and resolve compliance and legal matters
• Conduct due diligence on distributors, agents, and other third-party intermediaries in line with anticorruption regulations, including FCPA
• Support compliance and ethics investigations, inspections, and audits, and ensure timely implementation of recommendations
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and evolving best practices in compliance control

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, or a related field
• 5-7 years of corporate compliance or similar experience, most of which should be with an MNC similar to the company
• Familiarity with anti-corruption compliance laws and controls
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent level Korean and English

Preferred Requirements:

• Law degree or advanced degree
• Proficient in Japanese
