[반도체/법률] Head of Legal

A Head of Legal position is now open in a renowned equipment manufacturer. The chosen candidate will be accountable for developing and implementing legal strategies to minimise risk and support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to top and senior management on a wide range of issues
• Oversee all legal matters and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Handle complex legal matters and represent the company in legal proceedings
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise on their impact on the business
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes
• Provide training and guidance to employees on legal matters
• Ensure the company's intellectual property is protected
• Review, negotiate, and draft a wide variety of contracts

Requirements:

• Registered Lawyer
• More than 15 years of legal experience
• More than 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Experience cooperating with Finance, HR, etc. to handle issues
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations
• Prior semiconductor industry experience is a plus
• Proficient in written and verbal English
