[제조/법률] Legal Manager

A Legal Manager position is available at an international electronics manufacturer. The successful applicant will be creating and negotiating various legal, commercial, and corporate paperwork. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and assist in compliance initiatives
• Evaluate and counsel on the business’ rights and liabilities
• Oversee regulatory concerns
• Support legal disputes and other relevant processes
• Assist the business’ secretary affairs
• Communicate with legal partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in law from a well-known university in South Korea
• More than 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate, commercial, or in house
• Understanding of corporate or commercial in South Korea
• Possess valid law licence is ideal
• Fluent level Japanese and English
