[제조/준법감시] Ethics & Compliance Senior Manager

An Ethics and Compliance Senior Manager position is open at a global semiconductor manufacturer. The chosen individual will be overseeing the execution of ethics and compliance initiatives. This role is based in Gyeonggi-do.

Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and train on regulations and processes
• Oversee successful compliance framework execution
• Handle investigations and evaluate issues
• Cooperate with various departments
• Offer strategic counseling to key teams
• Assist in developing anti-bribery and corruption initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in law
• More than 12 years of legal experience
• Experience in the corporate compliance department
• Prior experience in managing cases, performing interviews, and creating reports
• Capability to develop relationships with key stakeholders
• Proficient in Korean and English
