[에너지/준법감시] Compliance Manager

A Compliance Manager position is available at a global semiconductors manufacturer. The selected individual will be executing the company’s local compliance initiatives in alignment with policies. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee new legal and regulatory progress in the local region
• Offer compliance counsel to the company’s local projects
• Manage the progress of the compliance initiatives
• Suggest and supervise the execution of ethics and compliance training
• Create, manage, and implement compliance guidelines and resources
• Handle the investigation processes relevant to compliance policies concerns and complaints

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in law is preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in a compliance position
• Experience in a South Korean company
• Prior experience creating and executing policies and processes
• Understanding of local regulations
• Possess valid compliance or internal controls certification
