A Compliance Officer position is available at an international banking company. The qualified applicant will be ensuring that operational processes adhere to established policies and regulations. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire knowledge of compliance regulations, processes, and guidebooks
• Provide periodic compliance self-assessment and risk analysis
• Direct and manage the day-to-day bank functions
• Create and facilitate compliance training initiatives
• Handle a variety of compliance reports
• Supervise system optimisation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (law is ideal)
• More than 10 years of professional experience
• Experience in a compliance or banking business is a plus
• Fluent level Japanese or English is preferred
