A multinational manufacturer of medical devices is searching for a Privacy and Compliance Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing compliance and privacy risk analysis to design mitigation plans.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful deployment of risk mitigation strategies
- Develop and execute relevant risk guidelines along with review and approval processes
- Monitor issues and corrective actions to prepare focused training
- Manage the company’s local data privacy roadmap
- Arrange data privacy training sessions
- Create reports regarding compliance-related KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in deploying privacy or compliance programs
- Background in compliance and privacy
- Expertise in organisational change initiatives
- Ability to educate internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance and privacy requirements and practices
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
