[리테일/법률] Legal Counsel

A foreign home-appliance brand is searching for a Legal Counsel. The selected candidate will be in charge of supporting contract negotiations, global compliance, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise AI to assist with the preparation and negotiation of various agreements, including commercial, vendor, leasing, employment, supply, and licensing
• Utilise AI to assist in monitoring legal compliance with evolving laws and regulations on a worldwide basis
• Utilise AI to develop support and training programs intended to improve compliance posture
• Assist in managing outside counsel to ensure efficient and effective legal services
• Seek opportunities to utilise AI to reduce dependence on outside counsel
• Support strategic initiatives such as global expansion, acquisitions, and joint ventures
• Work with the team on general business legal issues, including data privacy compliance, entity formation, subsidiary maintenance, and disputes
• Assist with litigation as necessary

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor
• 3-5 years of legal experience
• Demonstrated experience with, and interest in, artificial intelligence as applicable to the provision of legal services
• Strong leadership potential
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and legal advisory skills
• Creative, solution-oriented thinker with strong legal judgment and risk assessment skills
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration at all organisational levels

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in both private practice and in-house
• Experience working within a technology company or supporting technology
  clients
