A Legal Counsel position is now available at a global insurance company. The chosen candidate will be in charge of providing legal advice and handling contacts and legal documents. This position is based in Gyeonggi-do.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver strategic counsel to senior business stakeholders to determine potential legal risks
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, policies, and legal documents
• Oversee a variety of transactions
• Serve as a legal leader for development and registration of products and services
• Conduct legal consultation on the probable interpretation of contracts
• Collaborate with local M&A team and facilitate opportunities

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate degree
• More than 7 years of legal experience with commercial transactions in IT or supply chain
• Prior management experience
• Strong knowledge of contract drafting, IT, and intellectual property concepts
• Possess a valid licensure
• Proficient in verbal and written English; other language is advantageous
