[광고/법률] APAC Legal Lead

A multinational advertising organisation is searching for an APAC Legal Lead. The chosen candidate will be delivering legal counsel, guidance, and leadership on a variety of legal issues. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
• Identify and mitigate legal risks connected to business decisions and initiatives
• Oversee company entities to ensure adherence to local requirements
• Support development and implementation of internal policies and procedures
• Monitor legal disputes or litigation
• Provide legal training for employees

Requirements:

• Law degree
• More than 7 years of experience as a legal counsel or attorney for a tech firm (AdTech or machine learning is a plus)
• Prior experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Experience in an international company
• Strong background in APAC regional privacy laws and regulations
• Possess a valid licence to practice law
