[금융/법률] Legal Counsel (Contract)

An international investment company is searching for a Legal Counsel. The qualified candidate will be in charge of managing legal and regulatory compliance matters and other related duties. This is a contact and Seoul-based role.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily guidance, advice, and assistance to project team
• Collaborate with the project team to manage risks and conduct third-party due diligence
• Manage project and financing documents in coordination with external counsels
• Conduct legal research
• Review, standardise, and maintain corporate legal document templates
• Provide counsel on other legal-related issues as necessary

Requirements:

• Possess valid international common law jurisdiction (US, UK, Australia)
• More than 5 years of PQE in a private practice or in-house field
• Prior transactional experience in the energy or infrastructure industry (renewables)
• Experience in infrastructure project development and financing documents is ideal
• Background in corporate compliance and regulatory is advantageous
• Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English
