[제조/법률] Senior Legal Counsel

A Senior Legal Counsel position is available at a global chemical company. The successful individual will be creating, evaluating, and negotiating multiple contracts and legal paperwork. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Support multiple business initiatives
• Participate in board meetings as a secretary
• Provide support in resolving disputes
• Offer legal counsel on several legal issues
• Engage in the creation of legal training projects
• Create, execute, and update legal policies

Requirements:

• Law degree at an accredited South Korean university (international commercial law or LMM degree from a foreign law school is preferred)
• 7-10 years of law experience in a global working setup
• Experience handling issues and corporate or commercial projects in South Korea
• Understanding of laws in the Republic of Korea
• Possess valid Korea National Bar Exam or US Bar Exam qualification
• Ability and willingness to travel
