An In-house Legal Counsel role is now available at a worldwide manufacturer of fashion accessories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying and adhering to applicable statutory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the legal team in handling local projects
- Comply with corporate guidelines and the internal control system
- Keep track of registration and regulatory updates
- Handle contract drafting and negotiation
- Conduct legal research when required
- Oversee external counsels and assist with court proceedings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in law
- 7+ years of work experience in law firms or multinational companies as in-house counsel
- Background in producing commercial legal insights as an in-house counsel
- Working knowledge of intellectual property rights
- Prior experience with anti-trust law
- Strong written and verbal English and Korean proficiency
