A multinational industrial technology manufacturing firm is searching for a Corporate Legal Counsel. The chosen applicant will be in charge of evaluating, preparing, and negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Give advice on commercial and legal concerns to internal colleagues
- Aid in ensuring the firm’s adherence to applicable regulations
- Support the enhancement of form agreements and legal procedures
- Serve as a trusted business partner to meet operational objectives
- Travel within East Asian company locations as well as customer sites on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Law degree
- 3+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in handling relevant transactional matters regarding customer and supplier contracts
- Valid admission to practice law in Korea
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally
- Skilled in strategic, organisational, and business processes
- Native level Korean; business level English
