[패션/법률] Paralegal (12 months dispatch)

A global athletic apparel company is looking for a Paralegal. The qualified candidate will provide legal and compliance support through contract review, compliance tasks, dispute coordination, and training activities.

Responsibilities:

• Review contracts assigned by Legal Counsel
• Support maintenance and updates of Korean market standard contract templates and legal documents
• Oversee secure management and usage logs of the company's chop
• Support dispute resolution by gathering documentation, preparing factual summaries, and maintaining case files
• Serve as the first point of contact for retail and GEC regarding legal inquiries and guest complaints
• Identify issues and propose risk-mitigation strategies by engaging stakeholders and preparing agendas and meeting materials
• Support maintenance and implementation of company policies and legal/compliance SOPs to ensure ongoing compliance
• Prepare and organise required evidence for compliance reviews, audits, and certification renewals, including privacy documentation for ISMS certification
• Collaborate with the regional team to align compliance initiatives with Korean market requirements
• Support scheduling, preparation, and recordkeeping of legal and compliance training sessions
• Plan and conduct compliance training to enhance stakeholder awareness when necessary

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of relevant experience in an in-house legal team, law firms supporting legal or compliance functions
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and document management tools
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or above
• Experience or familiarity with retail or e-commerce operations
