[금융/영업지원] Sales admin (Transactions and Account Management)
A Sales Admin role is now open in a global financial services firm. The selected candidate will manage client and supplier relationships, ensure smooth transaction processes, and provide timely updates to senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client and supplier relationships to support renewal and growth of profitable business
- Provide high-level service and organisational support to the account management team
- Serve as point of contact for clients, preparing and verifying documentation and system requirements for new deals and drawdowns
- Advise senior management on key facility events and processes
- Identify opportunities to improve work practices and processes
Requirements:
- More than 1 year of experience in Banking and Financial Services (operational roles are ideal); open to recent graduates with relevant internship experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills with a clear commercial focus and strong client service orientation
- Fluent level written and verbal English and Korean
