[미디어/투자] Investment Strategy Manager

A music rights company is looking for an Investment Strategy Manager. The chosen applicant will evaluate global music investment opportunities through valuation, financial analysis, market intelligence, and portfolio monitoring while supporting strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Value music IP and build robust financial models to support investment decisions, including assessing key value drivers, risks, return profiles, and appropriate acquisition prices
• Manage the deal universe and pipeline by continuously identifying, organising, tracking, and prioritising investment opportunities across the global market
• Maintain a structured view of the deal pipeline and support the allocation of investment resources across opportunities
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of target companies, catalogues, and individual assets
• Manage large datasets and ensure the accuracy and integrity of underlying investment analysis
• Prepare clear and rigorous investment memoranda that synthesise valuation, commercial analysis, key risks, and investment rationale
• Monitor the financial and operational performance of acquired catalogues against the original investment case
• Analyse variances, identify key performance drivers, and coordinate post-deal follow-up as required
• Analyse developments across the global music, content, and music rights investment markets
• Track market trends, transactions, valuation benchmarks, and competitive dynamics to generate actionable insights
• Support company-wide strategic initiatives and other priority projects in close collaboration with senior management and cross-functional team

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of professional experience in investment, corporate development, strategy/consulting, or a related field
• Strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting with excellent valuation and financial modelling capabilities
• Advanced level MS Excel skills and the ability to work rigorously with large and complex datasets
• Strong quantitative and critical-thinking skills, combined with genuine intellectual curiosity
• Business level English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, transaction advisory/FAS, or related professional services
• Experience in corporate development, including in-house M&A and investment
• Buy-side investing experience, including private equity or venture capital
• Demonstrated interest in the music, media, entertainment, or broader content industries
