[금융/투자] Director-LAF and Private Credit

A Director-Leveraged & Acquisition Finance and Private Credit role is now open in a foreign investment banking firm. The selected candidate will support deal execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Support LAF and Private Credit strategy with value-added input
• Ensure transactions align with the strategy
• Assist in opportunity identification, origination, and execution of transactions
• Prepare financing proposals, market updates, and marketing materials for clients
• Enhance the company’s market presence in the region
• Prepare and present information memoranda, financial models, and BCAs
• Conduct due diligence, liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Lead and manage transactions independently
• Manage business and risk management processes
• Act as the first line of defence in compliance with regard to deal execution
• Support origination with client coverage teams
• Build effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Lead by example, fostering the right culture and values
• Ensure compliance with Portfolio Underwriting Standards and PPGs
• Advise on and monitor all major risk issues, escalating as needed
• Understand the regulatory framework and requirements
• Ensure disciplined risk-taking
• Uphold the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risk and compliance matters
• Lead the team to achieve the Bank’s Conduct Principles
• Manage relationships with clients of the Bank
• Collaborate with client coverage teams
• Work closely with the MD/EDs of LAF and Private Credit
• Coordinate with regional and global heads of LAF and Private Credit
• Partner with other product teams within Global Banking
• Liaise with key infrastructure functions, including Credit, Legal, and Compliance
• Coordinate with Syndicate and Portfolio Management
• Promote the Group’s brand and values for LAF and Private Credit

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with relevant finance qualifications
