[자산운용/투자분석] Investment Analyst

A global asset management company is looking for an Investment Analyst. The chosen candidate will support the evaluation and execution of real estate investment opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and due diligence.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to analyse and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities
• Assist in conducting market research, including analysing market trends and identifying potential investment areas
• Participate in financial analysis and modelling to support investment decision-making processes
• Assist in preparing internal and external presentations and reports for ongoing investment and ad-hoc analyses
• Support the team in due diligence processes, including property inspections and document reviews
• Assist the team with asset management for ongoing projects and other initiatives as required
• Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and ideas

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of work experience in real estate or IBD industry
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge and interest in the real estate industry, with a passion for real estate investments
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate financial data
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Must be eligible to work in Seoul, Korea, without the need for a visa
• Proficient in Korean and English
