[금융/투자] Investment Principal

A foreign venture capital firm is searching for an Investment Principal. The selected candidate will support deal sourcing and evaluation by communicating directly with entrepreneurs and executives.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with existing portfolio companies, learning the ins and outs of the businesses
• Serve as a thought partner and value-additive investor, assisting with customer acquisition, talent, and fundraising
• Meet with management teams and industry experts to source new ideas
• Evaluate investment opportunities, determine key thesis and concerns, perform due diligence using your network and firm resources
• Perform industry/sector analysis, company analysis, and company due diligence
• Build investment cases for specific companies, write investment memos, present opportunities
• Support with LP communications including assistance with monthly LP reports and regular meetings updating them on portfolio company performance

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of professional experience
• More than 3 years in management consulting, investment banking, or other finance
• Prior product or Ops experience at a high-growth technology company is preferred
• Technical background (C.S. undergrad or developer experience) is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Genuine passion for technology and entrepreneurship
• Proficient in written and verbal English
